- Team First Program – There is no I in team. We teach all of our athletes how to be great teammates and unselfish players. We win, lose, and grow as one.
- Family Oriented – Every athlete in a UDA uniform means more to us than just players. We look for players with great personalities to bring to this program. We prioritize strong relationships, team chemistry, and create an environment where players understand nothing is given and all is earned. All of our coaches are very close with the athletes and want nothing but the very best for each and every player in the program.
- Commitment – In order to be successful in this program or any program. Athletes must be committed, and dedicated to the sport. We look for players who show their dedication for basketball. Coachable athletes are always welcomed here.
- Elite Competition – Our goal is to provide top-tier basketball experiences every season. Players are going to be challenged to grow in skill, basketball IQ, and competitiveness by facing elite AAU – level competition in top circuits.
